This Privacy Policy explains how the Ignite Club mobile application ("Ignite Club", "the App", "we", "us") handles information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
Ignite Club is designed to be privacy-friendly. Core fitness data you enter, such as workouts, nutrition logs, body measurements and goals, uses local/native storage. On iOS, selected core records may sync through your private iCloud account when that system service is available. We do not require an Ignite Club account and do not operate a central fitness-profile database. The optional AI coaching and advertising data flows are described below.
Selected core records may use Apple's private iCloud key-value storage so they can remain available across devices signed into your Apple account. This data is handled by Apple under your iCloud settings and Apple's privacy terms; it is not an Ignite Club account or developer-accessible public profile.
The App includes an optional AI coaching feature called "Coach Novo". Coach Novo is turned off until you explicitly agree to use it via an in-app consent prompt.
What data is sent: when you send a message to Coach Novo, the App sends your message together with a compact summary of your logged nutrition, workouts, and goal that you have entered in the App.
Who it is sent to: this data is sent, through our secure server (hosted on Cloudflare), to Google's Gemini API, a third-party generative AI service, which processes it and returns the coaching reply. Google processes this data as described in its own privacy policy and API terms.
What is not sent: we do not send your name, email address, or any account identifiers, and no account is required.
Your control: using Coach Novo is entirely optional. If you do not consent, no data is sent to the AI service. Coach history and memory use local/native storage and can be cleared from within the App.
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain information, including device identifiers (such as advertising identifiers), general location derived from IP address, and app interaction data. This is used to deliver and measure ads, and in some cases to serve personalized advertising.

The advertising SDK may collect aggregated, non-identifying diagnostic and performance information to keep the service reliable. We do not sell your personal information.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Locally stored data depends primarily on your device's protections, including its passcode, biometrics and operating-system encryption. Private iCloud-synced records depend on your Apple account and iCloud protections. Deleting the App removes local data, but private iCloud copies may remain subject to your iCloud settings.
