This Privacy Policy explains how the Ignite Club mobile application ("Ignite Club", "the App", "we", "us") handles information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
Ignite Club is designed to be privacy-friendly. The fitness data you enter, such as workouts, nutrition logs, body measurements and goals, is stored locally on your device. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect or store this personal fitness data on our own servers. The one exception is the optional AI coaching feature described below, which sends a compact summary of your data to a third-party AI provider only when you choose to use it.
The App includes an optional AI coaching feature called "Coach Novo". Coach Novo is turned off until you explicitly agree to use it via an in-app consent prompt.
What data is sent: when you send a message to Coach Novo, the App sends your message together with a compact summary of your logged nutrition, workouts, and goal that you have entered in the App.
Who it is sent to: this data is sent, through our secure server (hosted on Cloudflare), to Google's Gemini API, a third-party generative AI service, which processes it and returns the coaching reply. Google processes this data as described in its own privacy policy and API terms.
What is not sent: we do not send your name, email address, or any account identifiers, and no account is required.
Your control: using Coach Novo is entirely optional. If you do not consent, no data is sent to the AI service. Your chat history and goal are stored locally on your device and can be cleared from within the App.
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain information, including device identifiers (such as advertising identifiers), general location derived from IP address, and app interaction data. This is used to deliver and measure ads, and in some cases to serve personalized advertising.

The advertising SDK may collect aggregated, non-identifying diagnostic and performance information to keep the service reliable. We do not sell your personal information.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because your fitness data stays on your device, its security depends primarily on your device's own protections (passcode, biometrics, and OS-level encryption). If you delete the App, the locally stored data is removed with it.
